Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your CodeRed account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping markings.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; once our technicians verify the unit's condition, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
